Our phone lines are closed for lunch from 12.30pm - 2pm Monday to Friday. Reception services at Huntlee Family Practice are closed from 1pm-2pm. Reception services at Branxton Medical Centre remain open during this time. If you have a medical emergency during this time please phone 000. For non-urgent matters please phone during our phone opening hours. Our emails are not constantly monitored during this time.

AFTER HOURS SERVICE PROVIDER:

If care is required outside of our trading hours we encourage patients to contact GP Access After Hours on 1300 130 147

The GP Access call centre operates Monday to Friday 5:30pm to 8:00am the next day, Saturday 11:30am through to Monday 8:00am and on Public Holidays from 5:30pm the day prior until 8:00am the next business day. The call centre will provide telephone advice and refer you to the most appropriate service for your needs.

Our doctors are active participants in staffing the GP Access clinic at both The Maitland Hospital and John Hunter Hospital, and close communication occurs between the clinic and our practice to ensure your care is effectively continued following your after hours consultation.
